As many know, the motto of the Polish National Catholic Church is: “Through Truth, Through Work, Through Struggle – We will Triumph” In Polish this in rendered “Prawdą, Pracą, and Walką Zwyciężymy” In Spanish it is :Verdad, Lucha, Trabajo.
Interestingly, the Cornerstone of the Savonarola Theological Seminary has a slightly different motto. It is as follows:
By Truth, Labor, and Faith in God’s Order in the World, We Mark Our Earthly Lives. In Polish it is: Prawdą, Pracą i Wiarą w Boży Porządek w Świecie, Zaznaczamy Nasze Ziemskie Życie.
These words express our faith, as those called to the priesthood and diaconate, in God’s way, Jesus’ Gospel path solemnly proclaimed and received as Sacrament in the Word of God. It is also a declaration of our dedication to exemplifying God’s many gifts in the way we live as His servants.
